Questions

How much do you usually pay for property?
Our unique approach to property buying allows us to pay the highest possible prices and beat almost all other cash buyers. Our offers are consistently up to 85% of the market value. You will get an immediate free quotation and advice so you've got nothing to lose by contacting us and best of all their is no obligation to sell.

What are the costs involved in selling my home quickly?
There are no costs payable by you. We pay for all your legal fees and cover the cost of property valuation.

Will your offer price change?
We will make you an offer over the phone which is subject to a formal viewing. An accurate offer will then be made once one of our homebuyer visits the property and accurately assesses its condition. You're under no obligation to accept our offer even after the home visit, remember there are no pressure sales!

How long does it take to get the money for my house?
We aim to complete as soon as possible or to suit your needs but this can be as little as 7 days.

Can it really be done and dusted in 7 days?
Absolutely, yes, the house sale usually completes by the seventh day, so long as there is no hold up with regard to the necessary legal documentation then it's plain sailing.

I am in arrears with mortgage payments, is this a problem?
No it is not a problem. We will help you stop any repossession proceedings and negotiate with your mortgage providor on your behalf. We will buy your property as long as there is some equity to start with.

We buy all types of residential properties nationwide, and will buy even houses in need of improvements or repairs.

I am a landlord with sitting tennants, is this a problem?
No, it is quite a common case for us. We sort out all the tenancy aspects of the sale.

Will I need a solicitor?
No we use a number of very good solicitors which we would highly recommend to you to ensure the whole process is conducted in a very quick and professional manner. All solicitors we use will be regulated by the law society.

What will a solicitor charge me when I sell my property to you?
Nothing, we will pay for all your legal fees.

I know someone else who may also be interested in using your service, are you interested?
Yes of course, if you introduce In-Line to someone who uses our services and we complete on the purchase of their property we would pay you a cash gift referral fee of £250 to £500.
